At oneshopy.in, we strive to provide genuine and quality books to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged or defective

• The wrong product has been delivered

• The book has missing or misprinted pages

To be eligible for a return:

• A return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

• The book must be unused and in its original condition

• Original packaging must be intact

• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for damaged or wrong products

Without proper proof, return requests may not be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Books ordered by mistake

• Used or damaged books after delivery

• Discounted or clearance sale items

• Bulk or special order items

• Digital products (if applicable)

Please check product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our side.

4. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us with:

• Order Number

• Clear photos of the product

• Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

• Description of the issue
